The band’s flexibility even embraced ‘roving’ musicians (ie the birthday boy on clarinet) who wanted to indulge in some trad jazz. "My 75th birthday party took place in a huge marquee in my garden with 250 friends in attendance. The stage was set by a superb warm and sunny day. It was a really special day for me which required a really special band. Without question, Miss Dolores and Friends fulfilled my wish beyond my wildest dreams. Her beautiful voice and superb repertoire complemented by her superb "friends" made for a day to remember. My guests were totally enthusiastic, ecstatic and enthralled. So much so that "Miss Dolores and Friends" received a further booking for a "roaring 20's" function for the following month from one of my guests in which the whole band turned out in period dress - Miss Dolores as a "flapper" and the band in DJ's. I cannot recommend this band more highly - beautiful presentation, beautiful repertoire, beautiful Lady and combined - a thoroughly entertaining band. First class. (10 / 10)"
